 Your Role:

  • Be an advocate and partner for individuals facing behavioral health challenges.
  • Connect clients to housing, healthcare, and substance use support.
  • Provide outreach and transportation to ensure no one is left behind.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with or passionate about supporting vulnerable populations
