Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations with a strong emphasis on scanning, document management, and clerical tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, tech-savvy, and able to work with high volumes of paperwork while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Document Scanning & Management (Primary Duty)Perform high-volume scanning of documents using office scanners and imaging equipment.Prepare documents for scanning (sorting, removing staples, organizing batches)Label, index, and upload digital files into company systems or databases.Perform regular data entry and update records as needed.Assist with filing, both physical and digital.Answer phones, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.Qualifications:1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.Bilingual Spanish is highly preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable with high-volume scanning and repetitive tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
