SALES MANAGER (WHOLESALE B2B)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Manager to drive new business growth and manage existing customer relationships with proven leadership and strategic sales experience.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with strong communication skills, a passion for relationship building, and experience in B2B, retail, or e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts while prospecting and closing new business opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with retail and distribution partners.
• Present products, solutions, and promotional opportunities to key customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs to maximize profitability.
• Process all required documentation and process sales orders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and provide forecasts and insights to leadership.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 years (Account Executive) or 5 years (Sales Manager) experience in B2B, retail, or e-commerce sales.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Familiarity with consumer goods, retail, or online marketplaces is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
