Our client is seeking a community bank president who has previous experience with all facets of lending including Agricultural, Residential, Consumer lending with an EMPHASIS on Commercial Lending . The bank boasts an exceptionally clean portfolio. This position near the Northwest corner of Iowa.
The President will serve as the Bank's chief growth, sales, and operational executive and is responsible for leading the execution of the strategic vision established by the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. The President provides day-to day leadership and management of the Bank’s operations, branch network, lending, deposit, and customer relationship functions, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and organizational performance goals. The President is accountable for driving sustainable growth in loans, deposits, non-interest income, customer relationships, and market share while fostering a high-performance sales and relationship banking culture throughout the organization.
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
