Frontline Real Estate Partners ("FREP") is seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our Brokerage team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in commercial real estate marketing and valuations.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain property valuations utilizing market data and financial modeling (Argus Enterprise and Excel).
- Prepare prospect reports, proposals, and client presentations.
- Assist in creating marketing materials to support leasing and sales efforts.
- Research market comps and tenant activity to support brokers.
- Manage and update listings on platforms like LoopNet and CoStar.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, or marketing support.
- Familiarity with Argus Enterprise is preferred. Training available for the right candidate.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
