Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) - Watertown, NY

Frontline NA Inc. is a wholesaler of retractable banner stands and display hardware, managing high-volume international imports and nationwide distribution. We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our operations team.

This is a systems-driven, high-performance warehouse role where accuracy, freight knowledge, and disciplined execution directly impact cost control, customer delivery performance, and overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload international shipments (typically loose-filled shipping containers)
• Inspect, sort, and stage incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for LTL, FTL, and courier shipments
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently (required experience)
• Use power tools for custom modifications and assembly of banner stands
• Accurately weigh, measure, and classify shipments for optimal freight handling
• Ensure precise shipping documentation and freight cost calculations
• Consistently execute SOPs to meet or exceed defined KPIs for accuracy, damage reduction, and on-time shipment performance

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Proven forklift operation experience (required)
• Strong experience in warehouse shipping & receiving operations
• Experience working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
• Experience with LTL / FTL freight shipping environments required
• Strong understanding of freight handling, weights, and dimensions
• Comfortable with heavy manual labour
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs overhead when required
• Experience using a variety of power tools
• Strong math proficiency (freight calculations, classification, dimensional weight)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as OMEGA or similar platforms
• High attention to detail and strong documentation accuracy
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
