What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Expert position at Frontline Medical?
Frontline Medical is seeking a candidate with exceptional attention to detail. Daily tasks include efficient medical data management and ensuring critical patient data is handled with the utmost care and precision. This position requires an individual dedicated to seeing the project through completion.
This is a temporary position paying $15-$17 per hour, 30–40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, in-person only. We truly need an individual dedicated to their daily work schedule with no excuses. We will contact candidates who meet our criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proficiently operate multiple web-based applications, specifically MONDAY.COM.
• Manage large data sets and meet prescribed deadlines.
• Take initiative to communicate data discrepancies to supervisors.
• Secure patient files adhering to privacy regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain a minimum of 95% accuracy level for patient data entry.
• There is an accounting function to generate online invoices.
• Assist with any other general administrative tasks as requested by senior leadership.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to follow exact instructions and work with minimal oversight
• Must be able to work at a desk without interruption by personal devices
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Excel
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
2. Accounting and finance experience is preferred
3. Demonstrative ability to complete projects on time
4. Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
5. Must be able to write and speak English fluently
