Job description:
Frontline Lighting installs permanent exterior LED lighting on homes. We're expanding our market and building a roster of experienced installers to take jobs as they book.
Pay structure
$3–$5 per linear foot, paid bi-weekly per completed job. A typical residential job runs 100–250 linear feet — roughly $300 to $1250 per job, most completed in one to two days.
What you earn per month comes down to how many jobs you take
There's no monthly minimum and no guaranteed number of jobs. You're paid on completed work. Installers who deliver quality get first call as volume grows.
Responsibilities
- Install permanent LED track lighting on soffits, fascia, and rooftops
- Work safely at heights on ladders and roofs
- Deliver clean, professional installs
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Troubleshoot and repair existing installs on service calls
Requirements
- Prior exterior installation experience (lighting, gutters, siding, or similar)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Registered as an independent contractor, or willing to register
- Maintains valid independent contractor insurance
- Standard installation tools — ladders, drills, hand tools.
