Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer to join our on-site team in Birmingham, MI. In this role, you will guide clients through the mortgage loan process, assess financial documents, and provide tailored financing options to meet their needs. Responsibilities include conducting loan evaluations, collaborating with underwriting teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their homeownership and refinancing goals while contributing to Frontline’s mission of empowerment and trusted partnership.
Qualifications
- Mortgage Industry experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet client needs and achieve sales goals
- Active NMLS License. (LOA'S WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD WILL BE CONSIDERED)
