Our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) enjoys robust benefits:
- Hybrid Position with 3 days in the Lake Mary office and 2 days remote!

- Partner with managers across assigned departments to support onboarding, performance management, development, talent reviews and career development, engagement, recognition, and retention.
- Provide coaching, navigate and resolve employee relations issues and create solutions to support the business and employee experience.
- Maintain all employee and applicant documentation, as well as, the employee personnel files.
- Monitors employee eligibility for benefits plans and reviews benefits with the employees and processes enrollment, cancellation, or changes.
- Identifies and processes FMLA and any employee status changes
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Generalist
- Extensive knowledge of employee and labor laws and policies
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM -CP), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
