⭐ What You’ll Do (Clinical – 70%)

💙 Provide compassionate, professional care while keeping patients comfortable and informed.
🦷 Assist the provider chairside and help keep appointments running smoothly.
📸 Take radiographs, update documentation, and help educate patients about treatment.
✨ Maintain clean, prepped, and well-stocked treatment areas—details matter!
🤝 Support your teammates across all clinical operations in a fast-paced environment.

⭐ What You’ll Do (Front Desk – 30%)

📞 Greet patients with warmth and professionalism—be a welcoming first impression.
🗂️ Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and schedule appointments.
💬 Answer phones, manage messages, and assist patients with questions or concerns.
💳 Collect co-pays, process payments, and help keep the schedule running smoothly.
📅 Support administrative tasks to ensure excellent patient flow and office efficiency.

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• A self-starter who can take initiative and stay productive without constant direction.

• At least 6 months of dental assisting experience in a fast-paced office.

• Strong understanding of dental/surgical assisting techniques and safety protocols.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Tech-savvy; Microsoft Office experience a plus.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus!

• A team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
