What You’ll Do

Welcome and check in patients, verify information, and manage incoming calls and inquiries

Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments to ensure a smooth daily flow

Verify insurance, collect copays, and manage outstanding balances

Present treatment plans and financial options with confidence and clarity

Maintain accurate patient records and charts

Upload and process X-rays and doctor referrals

Build positive, lasting relationships with patients and team members
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Dental office experience preferred
