Frontline Crisis Stabilization
A Program Director for Substance Abuse oversees the planning, implementation, and management of substance abuse treatment programs. They ensure compliance with regulations, manage staff, develop policies, and coordinate resources to support individuals in recovery. Frontline Crisis Stabilization is seeking a compassionate and experienced Substance Abuse Program Director to oversee and manage our substance use disorder services. The Program Director will lead program development, staff supervision, and compliance efforts in alignment with regulations. This role involves supervising Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSACs) and other clinical staff, ensuring quality care through individualized treatment planning, documentation oversight, and adherence to best practices in recovery-focused care. The ideal candidate will hold an active CSAC credential, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and have a proven track record in substance abuse counseling, program management, and regulatory compliance. Key Qualifications:
- Active CSAC
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in substance abuse counseling or program management
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to support and develop staff
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and professional approach
- Experience working in crisis stabilization, residential, or community-based treatment settings preferred
