Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of AI-powered solutions across client environments. This role blends project management, technical implementation, and client strategy. You will be the key driver of successful client onboarding and solution adoption—ensuring our AI tools deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions for new and existing clients
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) and client stakeholders to define scope, configure solutions, and manage timelines
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client workflows and tailor AI applications
  • Provide technical guidance during setup, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve implementation efficiency
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand and embrace AI capabilities
  • Continuously innovate on implementation strategies to drive adoption and scale

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in implementation, technical consulting, or project management
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data workflows, and cloud platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for clients
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Bonus: Background in AI deployment, machine learning, or data integration
