As the Service Advisor Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technicians—translating repair needs into clear estimates, keeping jobs on track, and making sure every vehicle leaves safe and road-ready. This role combines leadership, customer care, and operational oversight in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism, compassion, and transparency.
- Write accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices using shop management software.
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers about needed repairs, timelines, and costs.
- Manage and mentor service advisors to meet shop goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor workflow and schedule jobs to maximize shop efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, maintaining a 95% satisfaction rating.
- Support compliance with company policies, warranty requirements, and AKOSH/OSHA safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with 1 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive, customer-first culture.
- Familiarity with shop management systems (Shop Key, Alldata, Mitchell, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- High integrity, professionalism, and dedication to teamwork.
