Job Summary
As a technician, you will provide on-site support for installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. This role combines hands-on equipment work with advanced IT responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and equipment
- Complete daily walkthroughs, inventory checks, and system performance monitoring
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate logs and submit reports using digital platforms
- Receive, ship, and organize equipment
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data integrity standards
- Perform maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g., maintaining clean machinery and site appearance)
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills
- Advanced IT knowledge, including hardware/software troubleshooting and network diagnostics
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Ability to use scripting or configuration tools for system optimization
Job Requirements
- All appropriate licenses or permits to drive in your local area
- Ability to lift and carry 40–70 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances across the site
- Ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
- Availability to work on-call shifts on weekends
