We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our office team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar bookings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or other office software
- Handle correspondence, including proofreading and editing documents for clarity and accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, processing paperwork, and maintaining supplies
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic bookkeeping functions as needed
- Provide administrative support to staff, including personal assistant duties if required
- Maintain professionalism with phone etiquette and customer support interactions
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Office management experience or clerical background highly desirable
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Capable of handling data entry accurately with good typing speed and attention to detail
