At Frontier Business Group, our client relationships are our top priority. We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and passionate Account Manager who will act as an integral part between our departments and our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients, and strive to find opportunities to generate more revenue for the client and our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust
  • Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio
  • Respond to clients’ inquiries and requests via email, phone, and in-person meetings in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Actively listen to each client in order to gain perfect understanding of their individualized needs and business
  • Properly manage clients’ expectations and follow through on commitments
  • Work closely with other departments and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Prepare and provide client reports that reflect accurate results of all marketing initiatives
  • Identify revenue opportunities for the clients and the company

  • Other Details To Know: This position is located in Springfield, MO, no exceptions. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The applying candidate should also understand that successful digital advertising campaigns do not just run weekdays from 8am-5pm, even though those are our official business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Health insurance

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Springfield, MO 65806: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
