What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Contractor position at Frontier Management and Development LLC?
Duties:
Respond to a variety of property maintenance needs for short term rental guests and long-term rental tenants, including but not limited to:
- Troubleshooting and completing minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- General carpentry, drywall patching, painting, and cosmetic fixes
- Appliance repairs or replacements
- Emergency on-call support for guest-related issues (lockouts, leaks, etc.)
- Coordinating with the office on follow-up work orders or quotes
- Ensuring work is completed professionally and promptly
Requirements:
- Must have own tools and reliable vehicle
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and professionalism with tenants and guests
- Flexible availability for emergency or short-notice calls
- Experience in general maintenance, repairs, or construction work
Pay and Structure:
- $18–$34/hour depending on experience
- W9 contract position
- Paid weekly
- Additional work available in general contracting if desired
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
