We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Delivery and installation of washer/dryer assembly of exercise equipment.
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and appliance dollys when necessary for loading and unloading.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience with Whirlpool appliances. Wall mounted stoves, Dishwasher, and overhead microwaves.
- Familiarity with route driving and local area navigation is beneficial.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to handle moving tasks and heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
