Responsibilities
- Review engineering plans, reports, and technical documents.
- Provide engineering oversight and guidance on land development and water supply projects.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews.
- Assist with project strategy, permitting approaches, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and stamp engineering documents when appropriate.
- Provide technical consultation to Frontier Geoservices staff and clients.
- Participate in occasional client meetings and agency coordination efforts.
QualificationsRequired
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Hampshire.
- Significant experience with land development, site engineering, water supply systems, or related civil engineering disciplines.
- Strong understanding of New Hampshire regulatory and permitting requirements.
- Excellent technical writing and review skills.
Preferred
- Additional licensure in Vermont or other New England states.
- Experience reviewing subdivision, commercial development, and water infrastructure projects.
- Prior consulting experience.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Professional Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in civil, mechanical, or related engineering disciplines to design, manage, and oversee complex projects across infrastructure, water treatment, wastewater management, and system design. Duties
- Lead project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other CAD software tools.
- Manage construction activities by conducting site inspections, overseeing construction management processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Utilize GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and GIS-based tools like HEC-RAS or SWMM for spatial analysis and system modeling related to water resources and land surveying projects.
- Prepare accurate construction estimates and project budgets by applying construction estimating techniques and system design principles.
- Conduct technical writing for reports, proposals, specifications, and documentation to communicate project scope, progress, and technical findings clearly.
- Oversee project engineering tasks including hydraulics calculations, geotechnical assessments, pipeline design, and water/wastewater treatment system integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
- Familiarity with land development engineering principles, water treatment processes, wastewater treatment systems, and system design methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for technical writing and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
