Frontier is a top regional company specializing in waterproofing, foundation, and concrete repair, and we’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners during scheduled appointments, traveling throughout Middle TN to assess their home improvement needs.

Outside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement (preferred but not required)
- Construction background is helpful but not required
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces under homes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Physical capability to walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Computer proficiency (training provided)
