What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender position at Frontier Farms Dispensary?
Frontier Farms Dispensary Part-Time Sales Associate/Budtender Position:
28 hrs/week (plus potential for more hours with planned coverage)
Schedule: Mondays & Tuesdays 1:15pm - 7pm Wednesdays & Thursdays 2pm - 10pm
Potential for 2 x 10 min paid breaks per shift
Training Start: Late April / Early May
Training Complete/Regular shifts start: Mid May
Compensation: $15/hr First 2 Weeks (Training) then move up to $16/hr (After training)
Performance Review after first 6 months then yearly after that. ( 0.5/hr & 2% raise) - position maxes at $18/hr

Core Responsibilities:
Be reliable, on time, and present (both physically and mentally).
Assist and educate customers with finding the right products that best fit their needs & budget
Maintain a tidy/inviting retail space/atmosphere
Understand, follow, and enforce state compliance rules
Address customer service concerns in professional & timely manner
Accurate cash accounting
Have/maintain a valid OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
Build/Maintain an understanding of cannabis and its various forms/products in the shop and on the market in Oregon
Communicate/listen patiently and effectively with customers in shop & over the phone
Be self motivated to find and complete minor tasks once main daily objectives are met
Ability to work alone for up to 6 hrs if needed
Secondary requirements and expectations:
Responsible, Patient, kind and self motivating
Have consistent access to your own reliable transportation (including winter weather)
Understanding of Green Bits Point of Sale system and Leafly Online Ordering/Menu
Understanding of Excel/Google docs (menu updates and printing)
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
