Welder Helper

Looking to get your foot in the door in Oil & Gas? Join a company where safety always comes first. As a Welder Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced welders, keeping tools and materials ready, preparing pipe for welding, and ensuring the jobsite is safe and organized.

Your Day To Day

• Stock, clean, and organize welding tools and supplies
• Set up equipment and materials for daily assignments
• Cut, grind, and prep pipe for welding
• Assist with pipe fit-up using clamps, levels, and tape measures
• Keep work areas safe, ventilated, and clean
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 1 year of welding or helper experience in Oil & Gas preferred
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in all weather
• Team player with strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
• Must pass drug screening and background check
