rontier Electric Supply, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk/Delivery Driver to join our team at our New Carlisle, IN branch.
Frontier Electric Supply, Inc. is an independent wholesale electrical distributor founded in 1982, serving OEM manufacturers, panel builders, and MRO buyers across Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, and Southwest Michigan. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, close-knit team where accuracy and reliability make a direct impact on our customers.
What you'll do:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
- Make local deliveries to customers in a company vehicle
- Maintain organized, accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment to move and stage product
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
What we're looking for:
- Prior shipping/receiving, warehouse, and/or delivery driving experience (electrical/industrial distribution a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move product, operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliability and a team-first attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $40,000/year (based on experience)
