Working as a medical scribe is an excellent opportunity in a medical environment for anyone seeking to be cross trained as a Medical Assistant. Some duties include reviewing medical documentation for accuracy, using EMA EMR to document all pertinent elements of a patient exam accurately and thoroughly, and other duties as assigned. Our medical scribes must have the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm, possess a high level of computer literacy, be highly organized, and very detail oriented.
