Experienced Finance Manager needed with an outpatient clinical research organization on a full time in person basis.
Qualified candidate:
- Ensures financial processes, administration, and financial management.
- Maintains Quickbooks accounting system.
- Accounts Payable functions.
- Processes payments.
- Complete bank reconciliations.
- Prepares financial reports.
- Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- Monitors study aging reports and sponsor follow-up.
- Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Maintains Clinical Trial Management System.
- Reviews financially archived studies.
- Leads finance meeting.
- Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion.
- Supervises finance employees. Fostering an environment of open communication, collaboration, and professional development.
- Approves timesheets and monitor employee time and attendance.
- Setting team goals and evaluating the performance of team members through the use of performance reviews and performance management tools.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years managerial experience
- QB knowledge
- MS Office Suite
Pay based on education and experience.
