We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water / Vacuum Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting water safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle freight with care.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vacuum equipment in an industrial setting, adhering to company policies, procedures, and on-site requirements.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, professionally representing Frontier Chemical, and maintain detailed, accurate company documentation.
- Complete daily equipment pre-trips, driver logs for DOT compliance, and participate in safety programs like meetings, near miss reporting, and job hazard assessments.
- Work independently, manage time and productivity efficiently, and communicate effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Familiarity with route driving and logistics management.
- Ability to operate various types of trucks and trailers.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Capability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
- Attention to detail in maintaining records and conducting vehicle inspections.
