Frontier Auto Parts (www.frontierparts.com) is an aftermarket auto parts distributor providing quality auto body collision parts to repair shops in and around the Raleigh region since 1998. We are seeking a SENIOR Customer Service Rep, preferably ENGLISH and SPANISH speaking.
What you will do:
Pay dependent on fit for position and experience.

What you will do:
- Create orders for customers
- Address customer issues
- Process returns and payments
- Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 7 pm
- Hours over 40 hours/week paid at 1.5x hourly rate
- English and Spanish-speaking preferred
- Reliable and good communicator
- Able to use a computer to create orders (e.g., look up data, enter text, navigate screens)
- Can pass a background check
