What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - Facility RN position at Frontier Assisted Living?
Purpose: Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing the residents' health plan and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities during the shift in accordance with State & Federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Process admissions/transfers/discharges
- Welcome residents and oversee brief orientation to surroundings
- Begin initial care plan and update as residents’ needs change
- Complete transfer/discharge paperwork accordingly
- Complete Resident Assessment instrument
- Use resident assessment to help set measurable goals and objectives in a care plan that meets the resident's physical, mental and psychosocial needs
- Give and take shift report in timely manner
- Deliver and supervise resident care, based on interdisciplinary plan
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the attending physician ➢ Maintain proper surveillance of medications and records of controlled drugs ➢ Perform skilled nursing procedures, i.e., dressing changes, etc.
- Arrange for tests and procedures and follow up to ensure completion ➢ Evaluate residents regularly for evidence of changes in condition using assessment skills based on accepted nursing standards
Qualifications:
-Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Montana
- Experience working in a assisted Living or similar healthcare setting or will be willing to learn.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality resident care and a passion for working in a healthcare setting.

Shift Info:
Monday thru Friday (No Weekends)
Maximum 40 hrs/wk. Part/Full time available
Start Time between 7am and 8am Available.

Salary Pay (negotiable)
Pay: $72,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
