Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) - Clinic Director Track

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is interested in advancing into a Clinic Director position. This role is ideal for a BCBA who excels clinically, enjoys mentoring others, and is eager to develop leadership and operational skills while helping build a high-quality ABA program. This position offers individualized mentorship from experienced clinical and operational leaders, providing a unique opportunity to develop the skills necessary to successfully transition into a Clinic Director role.

The BCBA will provide direct clinical oversight for clients and Behavior Technicians while receiving mentorship and training in clinic operations, staff management, quality assurance, and business development. Successful candidates will have a clear pathway to promotion into a Clinic Director role based on performance and leadership growth.

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

•  Conduct behavior assessments and develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans.
•  Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
•  Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
•  Ensure treatment fidelity and clinical excellence across assigned caseloads.
•  Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary providers.

Team Development

•  Mentor and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
•  Participate in onboarding and training of new team members.
•  Lead team meetings and clinical case reviews.
•  Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.

Leadership Development

•  Assist with clinic operations and workflow management.
•  Participate in quality assurance initiatives and chart audits.
•  Support scheduling, staffing, and caseload management efforts.
•  Learn insurance, compliance, and operational requirements.
•  Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and community outreach.

Future Clinic Director Responsibilities

As leadership competencies are demonstrated, opportunities will expand to include:

• Oversight of clinic operations and staff performance.
• Clinical quality assurance and program development.
• Hiring, interviewing, and staff retention efforts.
• Budget and productivity management.
• Community and referral source relationship development.

Qualifications

Required

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• License in Utah and eligible to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• Commitment to ethical and compassionate care.

Preferred

•  Experience supervising multiple RBTs.
•  Experience conducting caregiver training.
•  Previous leadership, mentoring, or management experience.
• Strong background in data collection, functional assessment, and behavioral intervention strategies.
• Home-based service experience
• Interest in clinic operations and organizational growth.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and patient care.
