We believe empowering BCBAs to open their own clinics unlocks new possibilities and expands care delivery. Through the Starter Fellowship, we're providing the resources, technology, and support you need to build a thriving independent ABA clinic.
What We're Offering
- $15,000 fellowship grant (disbursed as $5,000/month over 3 months) to help launch your clinic.
- Access to our AI-native clinic platform, including tools for assessments, diagnosis, digital phenotyping and clinic operations.
- Dedicated 1:1 mentoring and ongoing business coaching from proven founders and industry experts.
- Weekly group sessions with other fellows to share insights, challenges, and growth strategies.

What You'll Do
- Spend ~20 hours per week (minimum) building your clinic: training sessions, mentoring calls, business setup, planning and execution.
- Engage in weekly group sessions and one-on-one coaching.
- Utilize the Frontera platform and integrate AI-powered solutions into your clinic's workflows.
- Collaborate and learn alongside other fellows in the cohort.
- Launch your independent ABA practice and work actively to grow service access to children with autism.
How to Qualify
- 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 1 years of exxperience supervising BCBAs and RBTs
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excited about building a business from the ground up
- Passion for delivering high-quality ABA care and expanding behavioral health access
