Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover.
- Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met in a quick service or fast food setting.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with attention to detail.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace including food handling areas, dining spaces, and cashier stations.
- Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or café environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is advantageous.
- Strong food handling knowledge, including sanitation and food safety management practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach.
- Retail sales experience or grocery store background is a plus but not required.
