About the Role
As a Systems Analyst at Frontec Financial, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining computer software and enterprise systems that support a broad range of functions, including federal financial management, engineering processes, and records administration. Your work will involve analyzing system requirements, evaluating business workflows, and developing automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and performance.

From project inception to deployment, you'll provide technical expertise in planning, performance tuning, system integration, and interface management. You'll assess system usage, downtime, and recommend or implement modifications, upgrades, and new ERP systems—all while ensuring alignment with mission-critical objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in federal financial management and information technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and client service skills
  • Proficient in project management practices and systems documentation
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to support the design and development of automated information systems
  • Evaluate workflow, organizational structures, and system planning to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support ERP system upgrades, integration, and new implementations
  • Maintain and monitor performance of both hardware and software, ensuring optimal system functionality
  • Analyze system interfaces, computer usage, and workload distribution to support strategic decision-making
  • Review and recommend solutions for system downtime and inefficiencies
  • Create and maintain documentation, plans, and reports to support systems analysis and change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align system capabilities with mission goals
