We are looking for a Sales Representative to help grow Frontall USA's client base and bring in new business.
The ideal candidate has an existing network or client portfolio, strong relationship-building skills, and experience in B2B sales. This is a commission-based opportunity, with earnings tied to closed contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our HR solutions to potential clients.
- Use your existing network and prospect through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and events.
- Build and manage your own pipeline and book of business.
- Understand client needs and present the right solutions.
- Keep sales activity and opportunities updated in HubSpot CRM.
- Manage the sales process from first contact to closing.
- Travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Existing client portfolio or strong professional network.
- B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, BPO, EOR, or HR services is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation model.
- Availability to travel.
