Position: Butcher / Meat Cutter (2nd Shift)
Location: New Jersey
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
Training Provided – No Certification Required
English Not Required – Basic Understanding is Welcome

What You’ll Do:
- Expertly cut, trim, and portion a variety of meats with precision and care.
- Safely and efficiently handle knives and cutting tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Strictly follow company safety procedures, hygiene standards, and food quality guidelines.
- Report any equipment issues or concerns about meat quality to supervisors.
- Assist with thorough cleaning and sanitization of the workspace at the end of each shift.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience handling knives or meat cutting (required).
- Ability to work efficiently and follow detailed instructions.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 35°F).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mindset.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
- 1–2 years of experience in meat processing, butchery, or similar fields (preferred).
- Basic English is helpful, but not required – Spanish-speaking team members are available.
