Front Royal Family Practice is seeking full-time Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs) for our busy family medical office. The clinician will deliver specialized clinical services to patients with complex care needs throughout the lifespan, including disease prevention and health promotion. The provider will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to assess, diagnose, and determine appropriate treatment modalities. The position requires strong analytic and communication skills, as well as medical knowledge and expertise in Family Medicine.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient medical histories
- Identifying and diagnosing patients' illnesses and health problems
- Prescribing treatments and medications
- Promoting health and wellness
- Monitoring patient health and test results
- Communicating actively and effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
