Senior Accountant - Marketplace Partnership

Description:

Accounts Receivable & Invoicing

• Support end-to-end client invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contract terms
• Manage accounts receivable, including monitoring aging, following up on outstanding balances, and resolving billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing or payment issues
  

Accounts Payable

• Support full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs
• Ensure proper expense coding, accruals, and adherence to company policies
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  

Close & Reporting Support

• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis
• Support external audit requests by preparing schedules and documentation
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Strong experience with AR, AP, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Proficiency with NetSuite 
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations)
  

• CPA or CPA-eligible (preferred but not required)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or PE backed environment
• Experience with the Ramp expense platform -- credit cards, bill pay, treasury, and travel
  

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
