Role Description
Front Row is seeking a Client Advisor & Gallery Ambassador to represent the gallery-showroom at The Moore in Miami Design District.
The role includes welcoming clients, supporting private appointments, presenting Hermès pieces and artworks with strong product knowledge, managing relationships within our private client network, following up with inquiries, representing Front Row at external events, and building connections across Miami’s luxury, art, hospitality, real estate, and design ecosystem.
This position requires strong presentation, discretion, cultural awareness, organization, and the ability to build trust with high-value clients over time.

- Excellence in Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality experiences
- Experience in a similar client-facing role or with luxury brands is a plus
