Pro-Shop Associate — Front Row Sports
Love the game, know your gear, and enjoy talking shop with fellow players? We're looking for a Pro-Shop Associate to be the face of our shop — greeting customers, sharpening skates, handling minor equipment repairs, and helping people find exactly what they need. If you're the person your teammates already ask "what skates should I buy," this is your kind of job.
What you'll do
- Partner with the General Manager to keep the pro-shop running to protocol
- Deliver the kind of service that keeps customers coming back
- Figure out what customers actually need and point them to the right gear
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Build real relationships with regulars and repeat buyers
- Stay sharp on current products, promotions, and sales
- Follow Front Row's skate sharpening protocol
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Pitch in wherever else the shop needs you
