Job Summary:
Front Row is seeking dedicated and professional Curbside Agents to deliver best-in-class service to travelers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Curbside Agents are frontline representatives responsible for ensuring travelers experience a smooth, safe, and welcoming arrival and departure process. This role demands attentiveness, exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient curbside environment.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Duties: These include, but are not limited to the following:
Customer Service & Engagement
- Warmly greet every traveler with a smile and a courteous, professional attitude.
- Proactively offer assistance, directions, and guidance on ground transportation options.
- Anticipate passenger needs and resolve issues efficiently with a service-first mindset.
- Provide accurate information regarding airport amenities, transportation zones, and shuttle services.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers, shuttle/taxi drivers, and airport staff.
Curbside Operations
- Manage the flow of taxis, shuttles, and rideshare vehicles at designated curbside areas.
- Direct travelers to appropriate transportation areas such as hotel/motel shuttles, Uber/Lyft zones, or parking shuttles.
- Monitor and enforce vehicle dwell time and report infractions to supervisory personnel.
- Maintain continuous awareness of passenger volumes and alert dispatch when additional shuttles or support are needed.
Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance
- Ensure the curbside area remains clear of obstructions including luggage carts and wheelchairs.
- Report safety concerns or suspicious activities immediately to airport authorities or supervisors.
- Keep work area clean and notify appropriate personnel for maintenance or sanitation needs.
- Follow all safety protocols when assisting with luggage, if requested by drivers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in transportation, hospitality, or airport environments.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
The following qualifications are a plus:
- Knowledge of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport layout and transportation procedures.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
- Familiarity with two-way radios or dispatch communication systems.
