Front Range Raynor is Northern Colorado's leading dealer of residential and commercial overhead doors and gates. We have been providing our retail, builder, municipal, commercial, and industrial customers with sales and service solutions for over 30 years.
We have an opening for a Service Manager. This is a key position within the firm, and we are looking for a bright person with a strong work ethic and significant recent previous related experience. This person would be capable of functioning well in a multitasking setting with minimal guidance. Candidate would have ability to punctually work scheduled hours with regular attendance, accept supervision and direction from management, and comply to company policies. It is a small office setting so this individual would be able to get along with others in the workplace, would look out for the company's best interest when making decisions, and approach work with a positive energy!
Responsibilities:
- - Assist the Operations Manager with primary goal to increase efficiency of the company
- - Oversee the allocation of materials, schedule workers, and assign tasks to staff members
- - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- - Answer a multi-line phone system, emails, and other correspondence within a timely manner
- - Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, have knowledge to prioritize and dispatch accordingly to proper technicians to ensure success of job completion
- - Create and maintain the schedules of individuals or teams within the organization
- - Confirm appointments and input customer data into the company system
- - Transcribe notes and documents as needed
- - Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Experience:
- - Minimum 3 years of previous related experience
- - Construction Background (Preferred)
- - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- - Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy atmosphere
- - Expert with time management
