We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to help prospective homebuyers navigate Colorado's down payment assistance programs and take the first steps toward homeownership.
This is a high-energy, fast-paced role focused on connecting with warm inbound leads, educating prospective buyers, determining eligibility for available programs, and helping guide them through the homebuying journey.
Unlike many sales positions, you won't be cold calling. Our team generates hundreds of inbound inquiries each month from individuals actively looking for information about purchasing a home and available down payment assistance opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone, text, and email
- Educate prospective buyers on available homeownership and down payment assistance programs
- Assess qualifications and determine next steps
- Help clients understand the mortgage pre-approval process
- Coordinate with real estate agents and lending professionals
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within our CRM
- Consistently nurture leads and help move buyers through the sales process
