Pay Range: $21.70 -$25.00
The Caregiver is responsible for ensuring our residents' comfort, safety, and well-being by providing them with personalized assistance with their daily living activities and helping foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere in the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The duties listed below are essential functions of the position that must be performed to effectively perform the position in at least an acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch. In the future, other duties may be assigned and considered essential functions of the position:
• The Resident Assistant assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, partial dressing, and medication assistance.
• Observes records and reports any changes in the resident’s physical or mental condition.
• Interacts with residents, families/responsible parties, and staff; answers questions and gives direction and support.
• Works in the communal dining room serving meals and drinks, cleaning, and setting up tables.
• Respond to resident requests promptly.
• Maintains documentation log with all vital information as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy.
• Acts as a mandatory reporter for all suspected abuse situations and complies with all HIPAA standards of practice
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
