Position Summary:
As a 2nd Shift Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents during the evening hours. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by providing hands-on care, companionship, and support to those who call Front Porch of Bowdon their home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
- Provide companionship and foster a positive, engaging environment.
- Support residents with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Ensure the safety and security of residents during the 2nd shift.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of care and uphold our community values.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with residents and team members.
- A team player who is reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
