Front Porch Cleaning Co. is a new, locally owned house cleaning company. We're honest about that: work starts as a few houses a week and grows as we add clients, so this is a fit if you want flexible, part-time income now with a path to a full route. Please don't quit a steady job for us yet.
Pay: per house, not per hour. A 3-bedroom recurring clean pays $80; a deep clean pays $145; add-ons and extra bathrooms pay extra. That works out to about $27–30 an hour for a good cleaner. Paid every Friday by direct deposit, on time, every time, no chasing.
How it works: You choose which jobs to accept. Once you have clients, they're yours each visit. Bring your own supplies (we give you the checklist) and your own vehicle. We handle the scheduling, the customers, and the payments; you clean.
You: 1 year of professional or serious home cleaning experience, reliable transportation, a smartphone, available at least 2–3 weekdays between 9 and 4, and you take pride in detail (baseboards, under things, streak-free glass). Background check before your first solo job. Spanish speakers welcome.
Hiring is fast: a 10-minute phone call, then one paid trial clean. If it goes well, you're on our roster and we text you jobs as they come in, starting with a few a week.
