Help Build Our Arizona Team From the Ground Up
Front Page Agency is launching its Arizona expansion on October 5, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to build professional experience in telecom, customer acquisition, sales, leadership, and business operations.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants more than a traditional sales position. You’ll begin by learning how to represent our telecom campaign, engage customers, generate results, and understand the fundamentals of a growing territory.
As you develop, you can earn opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in training, team leadership, territory development, recruiting, and project operations.
What You'll Do
- Represent our telecom client in face-to-face customer environments
- Educate customers on available products and service options
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support customer acquisition and market growth
- Participate in retail, event, and promotional campaigns
- Learn sales, communication, and customer engagement strategies
- Track individual and team performance
- Develop an understanding of territory and campaign operations
- Assist with training newer team members as you advance
- Learn leadership, recruiting, and team-development fundamentals
Who We're Looking For
You do not need previous telecom or sales experience. We are primarily looking for individuals who are:
- Ambitious, coachable, and motivated to grow
- Confident communicating with people face-to-face
- Competitive while still being team-oriented
- Interested in business, leadership, sales, or management
- Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Willing to learn and apply feedback
- Interested in eventually training and leading others
- Excited about joining a new market during its early growth stage
Experience in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, athletics, events, marketing, communications, or sales can transfer well into this position.
Training & Development
We provide paid, hands-on training covering:
- Telecom products and campaign knowledge
- Customer acquisition
- Sales and communication
- Professional development
- Leadership and team building
- Territory development
- Recruiting and training
- Business and campaign operations
Our goal is to teach you how the business works—not limit you to one responsibility.
Where Can This Lead?
We believe leadership should be developed from within.
Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, leadership development, and readiness for additional responsibility rather than simply time in the position.
As you advance, the focus shifts from your individual performance to developing people, leading teams, supporting client campaigns, managing territories, and helping launch additional markets.
Arizona — October 5 Launch
This is an opportunity to join Front Page Agency during the ground-floor stage of our Arizona expansion.
We are building a team that can grow alongside our telecom campaigns and eventually help us expand into additional territories throughout Arizona.
If you’re looking for an entry-level opportunity where you can develop skills in sales, communication, leadership, telecom, and business operations, we’d like to meet you.
Apply today to be considered for our October 5 Arizona launch team.
