Front Page Agency is actively hiring ambitious individuals for our Entry-Level Operator position in Fort Worth, Texas.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated by growth, leadership, competition, and long-term income potential.

We are currently expanding operations with a major telecommunications client focused on increasing market share and customer acquisition throughout multiple markets.

Our goal is to develop individuals from the ground level through:

• Sales execution
• Team leadership
• Client acquisition
• Project oversight
• Business operations and backend management

This is not a traditional desk position. This is a hands-on development role with direct exposure to sales performance, leadership training, and project management.

What You’ll Learn

At Front Page Agency, we train individuals from entry level into leadership positions through a structured growth program.

Development includes:

Phase 1 — Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Learn face-to-face sales systems
• Execute customer acquisition strategies
• Work directly with customers and clients
• Develop communication and presentation skills

Phase 2 — Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor newer team members
• Assist with event and campaign execution
• Learn performance management and accountability
• Develop leadership and coaching abilities

Phase 3 — Junior Operator

• Learn backend reporting and data tracking
• Understand project metrics and performance analytics
• Learn financial breakdowns tied to client campaigns
• Assist in managing project operations and expansion goals

Phase 4 — Operator

• Oversee campaign performance and team operations
• Manage client portfolio expectations
• Support large-scale expansion efforts
• Help oversee multi-million-dollar telecommunications campaigns

Compensation & Growth Potential

• $100,000 annually in higher-level leadership roles
• $250,000 annually in senior project management and expansion-level positions
