Front Page Agency is expanding into Arizona on October 5, 2026, and we’re building a new team to support the growth of our telecom campaigns throughout the state.
We’re seeking motivated individuals interested in developing experience in market development, customer acquisition, sales, leadership, and business operations.
This is an entry-level position with hands-on training. You’ll begin on the customer-facing side of the business, learning how our campaigns generate customers, build brand awareness, and develop new territories. As you demonstrate results and leadership ability, you can earn opportunities to take on training, team development, and operational responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Represent our telecom campaign in face-to-face customer environments
- Engage prospective customers and identify their service needs
- Educate customers on available telecom products and options
- Support new customer acquisition and account growth
- Help increase brand awareness within developing Arizona territories
- Participate in retail, event, and promotional campaigns
- Learn how new territories are developed and evaluated
- Track individual and team performance
- Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
- Assist with training and developing team members as you advance
