We are seeking an experienced institutional real estate portfolio manager to join our Real Estate team.
Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will help deliver institutional-quality portfolio management work across a broad range of client engagements. This position is well suited to professionals who enjoy complex analytical work, maintaining exceptionally high standards, and working across multiple investment strategies and portfolios.
You will review financial information, prepare investment materials, investigate portfolio performance, and support recurring portfolio management activities while working closely with colleagues across real estate and engineering.
Success in this role requires strong technical real estate knowledge, excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and review quarterly portfolio reporting materials
- Produce investment committee presentations and supporting analyses
- Prepare investor reporting materials and presentation content
- Perform portfolio performance analysis and investigate material variances
- Review operating results, leasing activity, debt performance, valuations, and portfolio metrics
- Validate information across financial models, property systems, portfolio reports, and source documentation
- Review AI-generated analyses and deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and institutional quality
- Conduct market and property-level research to support portfolio management activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
- Recommend improvements to workflows, reporting standards, and quality assurance processes
- Maintain documentation and support the continuous improvement of portfolio management procedures
- 8 years of institutional real estate investment experience
- Experience in portfolio management, acquisitions, asset management, or investment management
- Strong understanding of institutional real estate investment processes and reporting requirements
- Experience preparing materials for investment committees, executive leadership, or institutional investors
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with ARGUS Enterprise, Yardi, or comparable institutional systems
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
Experience within one or more of the following environments is preferred:
- Institutional investment managers

- Insurance company investment platforms
- Public REITs
- Large family offices
- Real estate investment advisors
Experience across multiple property types or investment strategies is beneficial.
